IT'S JUST LUNCH, IJL DISHONEST, PURE GREED, BULLYING, HARASSMENT, FRAUD! Nationwide
I saw wonderful ADS about this service - so I looked into it. I went to sign up, and it was almost $5000. I felt incredibly pressured and played. I am lucky was able to opt out with in the 48 hour time frame. Since then I receive harassing-like calls pressuring me into signing up the service from both SF and San Jose, I have even tried to be nice and say, "I think your service is great but I am planning an expensive trip and its not for me at this time" - with a then response back from the sales girl "Well you can't have sex with your pillow on that trip can you". I found that all the sales people I spoke with are crude and only care about making a sale. Glad it worked for some, but I would rather go to a service with better customer service. *Dear Amy who commented below- Know your audience... First I was a customer of yours for 48 hours luckily I was able to opt out in time. Second, I'm sure your service is great, just your sales people lack customer service and mental filter skills. And thirdly, I'm a young attractive woman, not a dude as you clearly assumed. Best Wishes,
Update: months later I still receive harassing and insulting phone calls and messages. Luckily I am a confident person with a fruitful dating life, but I could only imagine the torture it would be if you struggle with dating and they way they treat their prospects. Shame! Update: IJL has taken down my photos of the rude and insulting pressuring e-mail communications to make room for their promotional marketing BS. I was a client of theirs, they don't know my real name through Yelp, and lucky I was able to get my money back. There are many other dating sites out there and I wish everyone who tried this dating service happiness and to stay optimistic in their search. But you do not need to be scammed into the pressure of paying so much for a "mystery box" dating service. Be smart when it comes to this service and read between the lines. REVIEWS TELL IT ALL!!!

I am on several dating sites such as E Harmony and Match.com. Women are users!! So I decided to contact some higher end services and found they are no better than dating sites.
HORRIBLE:
www.eharmony.com
www.match.com
www.millionairematch.com
www.zoosk.com
www.ourtime.com
www.elitesingles.com
So I ventured to try some higher end dating sites...and they charge a lot and guarantee you NOTHING!
I contacted Elite Matchmaking first, and what a horrible experience. Then I contacted others, such as:
www.kelleher-international.com
www.seiclub.com
same story...all a SCAM
www.EliteMatchmaking.com
Before you spend between $15,000.00 and $300,000.00 on this service one should do there due diligence. Things just seemed a little off from the very beginning with Elite Matchmaking Miami.
The website had wrong information. My communications thru the web based system never was received by them. Almost all emails had some miscommunication. I called the local Miami number and got some cheap answering service. I asked to meet them at their office location on Brickell Ave but was discouraged from doing so.
They claim they have an office on prestigious Brickell Ave. 1395 Brickell Avenue
Suite 800 to be exact.
I went there. It's Allied office / Qwest work space. Google it. You get virtual office space from $119.00. What's even more disturbing is they are not even listed on the business directory in the building.
I went to the office building and have proof.
Ask to meet them at their office.
See what happens. They will want to meet you at a Starbucks or something.
I voiced my concerns before my meeting with them in a detailed email.
In the end they told me they didn't think we should meet. I don't blame them. I asked a lot of questions. I wanted to know that before I gave them $15,000.00 or more that attention to detail was going to be done. After all you are buying a service. You can't get a refund if you don't like what they end up doing.
Be Careful when doing this.
Also why are all the reviews so recent? This is a company that has been in business for over 20 years!!!
There were just to many red flags.
Ask to speak to satisfied clients from over the last 2 years or more. When you do , make sure it's both men and women.
Remember this is a very emotional area so be careful. Don't let your desire to find someone stop you from doing your homework on these companies before you give them any money. Remember you can't return it if you're not happy.
Oh and an update I just was offered to come see their corporate headquarters in Beverly Hills by an email to meet their staff.
Funny. I looked up the address given on their website for the corporate headquarters. Now you might find this hard to believe. It's another virtual office. 350 S Beverly Dr #220, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 Phone:(310) 551-6600
