Italist Italist.com Did not refund full purchase amount despite color of product being dramatically different Internet
picture of product online was dramatically different than in person. Spent $427 and appear to only be able to get ~$300 refunded.
In addition, they aren't refunding my CA sales tax. Is this even legal?

Their legal team offered me a full refund provided i take down negative reviews. Shipped the product back. Since you can't remove reviews from this site, we'll see what happens.
