Italsteam Faulty Product Sold at mall Kiosk San Antonio, Texas
When plugged in this product makes light's flicker. It has been reported to have started fires. Product becomes too hot to touch within a couple minutes. Needs to be filled with water every few minutes. Spits brown water onto clothing. Italsteam company will not respond to comments or complaints. There is no way other than email to contact company. No refunds. Company does not stand behind product. The Better Business Bureau gave Italsteam an F rating. Lesson learned: Do not buy anything that the seller hand writes "no refund" on.
