Complaint Review: Italy Best Gourmet Coffee

This Company is a scam. Jack Arthur JR is the VP of the company.

I have bought 2 Lavazza Machines that were shipped to me and both were DOA. He wanted me to fix the part myself (BROILER) and finally had me ship them to a company in FL that they also had to ship the machine out as they could of not fix them. Please stay away from these guys as I invested over $11,000 in this company and had nothing but problems. They do not tell you any information once you send them money, and then all the problems start.

I tryed many time to get a straight answer but they do not call you back..
