Itellibiz Administrator - Chuck Hall chuck hall Most arrogant, rude, ignorant person I heve ever dealt with limington, Maine

I would strongly recommend any who is considering purchasing from intellibiz read the emails sent to me from the administrator, Chuck Hall.  I found him to be rude, arrogant, ignorant and even threatening.  He actually threatened to sue me if I got one word wrong.  The problem started when I ordered the entire package only to find that they couldnt ship it to Maine.  So when they tried to give me a partial refund I was naturally upset.  I went back and reviewed the website and did in fact find in small, shaded letters that they couldnt ship to Maine.  So legally it was my fault.  So refund all my money or ship the package.  That is my stand, they shouldnt have accepted any money.  So I will post the emails and you can decide for yourself if Chuck Hall is the type of person you want to do business with.

We did not create an upset customer - you did that. As I said, we began very politely - it was YOU who turned it nasty. So it seems the ignorance is yours. It was YOU who ordered after being advised we do not sell to Maine residents. It was YOU who got nasty when we tried to explain it politely. Again, you seem intent on placing blame on anyone but the person responsible - YOU.

As for those BS sites, please note that if you choose to OMIT anything - such as YOUR nasty retort to our polite email - that will consitute libel by omission, and defamation, and we will not hesitate to sue. In other words, tell the WHOLE truth, or suffer the consequences. We sued one of those posters for that last year and he was ordered to pay us $40,000 (see IntelliBiz vs Gaudina).

Now, as per our terms and conditions, which you agreed to upon placing your order, all further communication is hereby terminated and all further messages from you blocked, as I had previously warned.

I am sorry you have chosen this road.  Now that you have made it clear that you have no desire to be customer friendly and outright obnoxious I have no choice but to post your emails on all of the scam sites to warn people of your rudeness.  I will also be forwarding them to the author for his review.  Just know that you have created a very upset customer who will not rest until you get your due reward for your ignorance.  I hope you find peace in life and relief from whatever it is that has caused you to act this way.

It WAS exactly the SAME SIZE (and STILL IS) - we simply made it BOLDER after your complaint because SOME people apparently have eye trouble. So yes, if you want to be "smart mouth", as you put it, you WERE and ARE mistaken (or a liar, whichever phrase suits you, though we never called you that.) By the way - in CAPITAL LETTERS, and on ALL 4 PAGES of the order form, you will find the message "NO ORDERS SHIPPED TO MAINE RESIDENTS." While we do make the message clear, we cannot force you to read it. But that is YOUR fault, not ours.

As for my "people skills", our first email to you was polite, even though YOU screwed up. It wasn't until YOU got nasty that we returned in a similar vein.. You get what you give in this world. Do NOT confuse me, site administrator, with customer service. If you have a need to be babied, you should look elsewhere.

There are two kinds of people in this world - those who accept responsibility for their actions, and those who don't. You adamantly refused to accept responsibility for having refused to read our note about not shipping to Maine - all you had to do was say, "Sorry - I missed that. Whatever you can do to make this work would be appreciated." But no, you had to get nasty and try putting the blame on us. And you DID lie when you said there was no notice except AFTER ordering, and that it was in "small print."

All further communication from you will be blocked if you decide to continue your nasty tirade and continued false accusations, as per the Terms & Conditions. You purchased a program - not the right to be abusive.

I really dont appreciate your smart mouth attitude.  I did see on several reports that you dont have the best people skills.  But I dont need to approve of your personality.  Just send the package as instructed and there is no problem.  And if you review your own pages you will see that clearly it is NOT exactly the same as all other print on the page.  So watch who you call a liar.

1) We can ship the package to the NH address, per your request, but please note....

2) It is not "small print", it is exactly the SAME SIZE print as the rest of the text on the PRE-ORDER page, BEFORE you place an order, so please do not start a relationship by making false accusations. We expect customers to read the information provided. In over 20 years, you are the first Maine person to not notice it, and order, anyway. The fact remains that it would be a conflict of interest for us to provide services to Maine residents.

3) If we could not ship, we could ALSO not refund for the download, which is ALSO made clear in our site. the download is the COMPLETE program, and can neither be retrieved by us nor returned by you. That is why cancelations are not permitted - if they were, EVERYONE could order, get the download, then cancel, thereby getting the program for free. And that would not be acceptable. And we would be stupid to permit it. Just a fact, Les.

As for "in the future" suggestions, perhaps in the future you should read the info provided on a product before ordering it. We did make it clear, in normal size print. You simply did not read it, and that is not our fault.

Hello Chuck,
I gotta tell you I am quite upset.  I read alot of reviews before deciding on your package.  Even read the complaints and found them to be questionable at best.  Then after paying it gets pointed out, in very small light letters, that you cant ship to Maine.  One of the reasons for choosing yours was the "complete" package.  So if you can ship it to 284 central ave, dover NH 03820 then we are good.  If you cannot ship it there then I will expect a full refund not a partial refund.  A suggestion in the future would be to make it clear you cannot ship to Maine.  Not virtually hidden print.

The order number is 24389371

Thank you,
Les

That is the whole exchange for all to read.  So I think I am safe from being sued by chuck and intellibiz.  Oh and by the way, once you call him on something he will block your emails.

First, YOU never paid attention to multiple warnings that they don't ship to Maine then whined like a baby. Next time READ.
Second, the "administrator" Mr. Hall  is a blowhard...Intellibiz vs Gaudina had nothing to do with defamation, it was an infringement case.
