ITItch.com IT Itch Stole money prepaid for 1 year of hosting

Dealing with IT Itch was difficult from the start but their platform seamed very simple to use so I paid for it. I paid for 2 website hosting for 1 year in advance. 1 day after I got my account they no longer had the option for support. Can you imagine dealing with a company that does not have a phone number or email or chat or support ticket system??

They changed their policy, coincidentally one day after I paid my dues, so any support ticket cost $50. 2 months go by, and I use the service on my own. Then, one day I gues a message from my backup manager that tells me my sites are down.

I check my sites and I see "ACCOUNT SUSPENDED". I login to my ITITCH.COM account and it says "Management Status: Hosting Account Suspended". No reason explained, no body to message to, every email I try to send them gets bounced back, and I am not willing to pay $50 just to get an explanation as to why they chose to suspend it.

Also, no refund has been given for the duration of my account period (which is about 9 months I paid in advance for). Scam. Beware and find a company that actually has a phone number for support. I've learned my lesson with hosting providers.
