ItoolmaX Itool.com Refused to return money after I shipped back product with RMA code City of Industry Cailfornia

Purchased an Itool trimmer as seen advertised on Facebook. Received half product after several weeks. Received the rest of the product a couple of weeks later.  After taking parts out of the boxes, I put the two blades on. Went outside to try it out and the blade broke. Went back inside, removed the broken blade, and placed the other blade on. After 3-6 minutes of trying it out, the second blade broke!

I quickly placed a complaint with PayPal and asked for the company information. PayPal sent me the information within a few weeks. By then, I had emailed Itool approximately 5 times without a response. I then proceeded to email them again. I advised them that I did not want to keep the tool since it was very badly constructed. It was very flimsy and not worth $144! I pulled up the reviews and noticed the many complaints from customers regarding the tool. It is not worth the money. By then Itool responded and wanted me to provide a video detailing the reason why I wanted to send it back and explaining on the video how I had installed the blades. There was only one way to install them! I asked for a return address and threatened to expose them publicly. They sent me an RMA number and address where I could return the product. However, they did offer me $10 as a courtesy refund! Imagine!!! I returned the tool at my expense, $29 shipping. That was a couple of months ago.

As of now, no refund and no reply from Itool. Paypal keeps extending the date of the resolution further out every week. I plan to close my account with PayPal. I no longer trust them! Do not order from ITOOLMAX.COM! They are a RIPOFF! They received the product, so now I want my money back.
