ITOUCH RELIEF Failed to deliver product that was purchased Plano Texas
I purchased a hand held massager from this company at a FWRC Trade show I visited in June 2023 located in Kissimmee FL. They did not have a charging cable with the unit I was buying so they said they would send it to my home address.
I also purchased from them an electrode pad for a TENS unit I purchased previously which was also not in stock that they were supposed to ship to me.
Niether have been delivered and I am out $50 with no communications possible with the company. They have a phone number they don't answer and only want to waste your time "chatting" online promising that they will provide the product and never do.
Total Scam!!
