Don't bother with ITP VoIP, its one step away from FRAUD. They have not listed a physical address and their business hours are unknown as of March 25th 2009. Although ITP VoIP states the order will take 1-3 days to process and no longer than 7 days to receive your equipment, your order will not get processed until a telephone number is assigned for you. If you cancel your order because you cannot wait any longer for ITP VoIP to assign you a telephone number, then be ready to have severe headaches. Even though you haven't received any equipment, service, and your account has NOT been activated they will SCAM you $29.95 activation fee.
No one goes out of their way to write a bad review, however do NOT believe those good reviews on other websites because most likely ITP VoIP employees wrote them. The only reason I ordered their Plan is because of those good reviews that I read on those website and now I am going out of my way to enlighten the public about ITP VoIP.

Their website says "a FREE Linksys adapter". When does FREE mean "rental". Deceptive advertising practices and hidden charges make ITP: a FAIL.
Their sound quality is the worst in the industry that I know of. They must be using servers that 10 years ago when voip first came out.
Their customer reps are rude and often refer you back to the ITP terms and agreements. But that ITP terms and agreements is full of bullshit that no sane person should agree to as it is clearly written to be on side of ITP.

We are sorry that you feel this way, but your accusations are unjustified. ITP has in no way committed any fraud nor are we looking to scam our consumers. Most orders do take 1 business day to process. In rare instances, some phone numbers for small towns like yours can take up to 3 business days to process. Additionally, there are some orders that get flagged as a potential fraudulent order. ITP takes great pains in investigating each of these orders, until we are able to verify that the order is legitimate.
Once an order is processed, the equipment is shipped out via UPS using the shipping method you choose on signup (ie. Next day, 3 day select, Ground, etc..). If you choose Ground as your shipping method, you will receive the equipment based on UPS schedule. All orders are shipped and tracked by UPS.
There is nothing that stops our competition from writing a negative review. ITPs phone service is highly rated and our customer service is rated #1 and we have tens of thousands of very happy customers to show for it.
