DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
I made the unfortunate mistake of placing an ad with them after buying into their slick sales pitch over the phone. I was anxious to sell my vehicle, so I unfortunately fell into their trap. Following is a copy of my complaint, so others don't give in to the scam these guys are running too.
The misrepresentations presented me at the time of sale are as follows:
1. I was told my car would be found on Yahoo, AOL, and other major search engine sites. I have been on the Auto sections of each of these sites, and spent more than an hour searching. Never once did I find the listing of my car on your site. I did however find the the free listing that I did myself on Craigslist during my searching.
2. The company claimed that it's sites are some of the most highly trafficked auto sites on the internet. However, not one of the almost 40 sites they are affiliated with, came up in the top 100 sites on Google when I entered a simple search for "used cars" or "auto listings", nor when I searched for my specific vehicle type. And none of the affiliated sites are tracked on Google Trends, a leader in tracking website traffic.
3. Lastly and perhaps most disturbing, when I was sold the product, I was told repeatedly that the company has a better record with the Better Business Bureau than the local Walmart. Turns out that is not true, again. A simple search on the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau shows 56 complaints against the company. The same search for Walmart shows two in Las Vegas and one in my home area, none of which had any complaints on file.
I have literally called these people over 500 times. Not once have my complaints ever been addressed in any way shape or form. I have spoken to their manager, Damon Williams, exactly once. Every other time I am either forwarded to a voicemail box, or told that the only person who can help me is their manager Damon, and that they will leave a message for him. The one time I did speak to him was one of the 500 times (literally, 500 times) that I called them. Even then, he did not address my complaints or a resolution at all. The only thing he was interested in was getting me to stop my continuous calling. I gladly told him I will continue to call until my problem is addressed, as that is my consumer right and apparently to only way to get a response out of them. Apparently it is having a very negative affect on their company, as Damon was pretty frustrated that I continuously contact them. I suggest anyone else who is having any problem with them call as many times as possible as well.
Again, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Not only do they lie repeatedly to make a hard sell, they have a VERY inferior product. A free listing on Craigslist is 100 times more effective than anything they do. And their "customer service" is again another game of deflection and avoidance.

We would like to offer this client a refund on the condition that the names, contacts, and addresses are removed from the site. We understand that it is his right to list his complaints online, but we feel that listing the personal information of employees and home addresses is not appropriate.
In response to the accusations, we would like to clarify that we do not advertise on Yahoo and AOL directly. However, the vehicles we advertise and the various websites we use will typically come up in favored web searches.
Our customer service department responds to all inquiries within 24 business hours. We cannot resolve this client's particular situation without knowing who he is, but would like to ask that he contact us to get these issues resolved.
