Complaint Review: ITT San Diego...SCAM!!!!

I was working at ITT San Diego for over two years. During those two years that I was employed there in the school of Project Management, school Chairs required all students to be passed at least with a D. The Dean only cared about military contracts and only cared about making money and scamming students. They sell this wonderful program that will offer so many benefits, but in all actuality these students are only getting themselves in debt. They promise them good jobs but only get low paying jobs and they do not get the high-end jobs as promised. They constantly check on you and if a student complains that they are getting too much homework or you are actually teaching them, forget it! They will call you to the carpet and tell you not to give so much homework and that this is no US college. These students are here for a reason to BUY their degree. It's a joke. I've tried to apply to other local colleges and they always tell me not to use ITT as a job reference because its a joke and they will never hire you with that background.  Word of advice, don't work here. Plus, they pay you $1200 to start for a 11 week course. Not even the money you have to pay on materials and all that. They do not pay for required training, grading papers, and as indicated you cannot leave early therefore, you will work double with no pay.
