Complaint Review: ITT Technical Institute

The school has revoked the degree's of individuals that completed all of the requirements and were awarded the degree.  In the graduation this evening, the valedictorian earned his "A" in composition by moving the associate dean (his instructor) to Harrisburg from West Virginia.  He was also paid for these services through the Federal work study program.  The administration of the school was made aware of the situation and chose to do nothing except allow him to graduate with Honors in front of other students that worked for their grades.  The school has a history of giving away grade to students that are willing to do "favors" for the instructors.
