Complaint Review: ITT Technical Institute Warrensville Heights

1. ITT Tech is a school that is completely numbers driven.  Any student has the ability to get into the doors, regardless as to whether or not they are academically capable of being a student.  The instructors are basically threatened with their jobs on a weekly basis if students don't pass, to the point where many instructors fudge the numbers to ensure that all their students are passing.

2.    The instructors who do not do this and who follow company ethics and compliance will soon find themselves escorted out the door with the Dean Carr and his band of merry men following them out the door.  The new CJ chair, who apparently is being vetted to take over the former associate dean's position has been sitting far too closely up his sphinxter to really see much of the outside world, other than to say 'yes sir and may i have another sir".  The school is quickly falling down around the ears of all the good decent instructors, many of whom have either chosen to leave, more so are the ones who have decided to stick it out, but have been forced out for reasons unbeknownst to anyone. 

3.  ITT Warrensville has recently gotten rid of a few really outstanding instructor in several different areas, and the students have had enough.  I know that there is at least one lawsuit in the making, and I know that it appears as though Michael Carr may be soon looking at sexual harassment and discrimination charges in federal court.  Of course, I also heard that he could be looking at discrimination charges from the ITT head honchos too, but who really knows?
