ITunes ripoff Sold book as "unabridged" but is not Refused to refund my money Cupertino California
I purchased the ebook "The Kid Stays In The Picture" by Robert Evans from iTunes. They very clearly advertise that the book is unabridged, but is most certainly is abridged. When I requested a refund of my money, I received an email telling me that there are no refunds, and that iTunes falsely labeling a product does not change that policy.
What?! You sell something labeled one way, and the buyer receives something entirely different, and that doesn't warrant a refund? That will be my last purchase from iTunes, that's for sure.
