Complaint Review: ITV-ALMIGHTY CLEANSE

I had purchased "The Almighty Cleanse" in 11/07 after seeing an infomercial on tv. I stated that I only wanted a three month supply since I was unsure of how this product would work for me. (I received the vitamins too)

The Almighty Cleanse did not work as I thought being advertised, so I called the customer service on the phone that was given to me at the time I placed the order. I tried many times to cancel my order and from receiving the product and was on hold for a half hour and still was not able to get through.

They automatically have me on autoship which I "specifically made clear" I didn't want from the get go.

It's February the 6th of 2008, and I'm still receiving the products. They are very corrupt!! This is totally not acceptable! THEY ARE THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF and yet they're still in business. I am so frustrated and fed up since all I'm asking for is for my account to be cancelled and credited. I tried e-mailing them many times but receive nothing back from them.

How do you get to this company? No wonder they've made millions of dollars.. at the cost of honest people? When I watch the infomercial periodically it makes me sick to my stomach! ITV is a waste!

Don't order anything from ITV (Almighty Cleanse, vitamins, etc., since you will never be able to cancel when you need to.
