Complaint Review: ITV - Natural Cures - Kevin Trudeau

 I ordered these books that are free and i only had to pay the  shipping charge, the books kept telling me, for this information you will need to read this book ,then for this you will need to read this book, how many books will i need to read just to get the information that i need i thought that buy get natural cures i would have all the information that i needed NO SO! I was told by costomer service that the book are free what i have payed for just $69.90 for there web-site, I have cancelled there service and NOW I AM HAVEN A HARD TIME GETTING THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY, THEY DID E-MAIL BACK SAYING THAT I WILL NEED TO SEND THEM THERE (3) BOOKS BACK AND THEN THEY WOULD ISSUSE ME A REFUND BUT THESE BOOKS WERE FOR ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS PAY SHIPPING WHICH I DID, THIS FAST TALKING COSTERMER SERVICE PERSON DID OFFER ME A WAL-MART GIFT CARD OFF $50.00 DOLLAR`S IF I DID SOMETHING I DON`T REMEBER SHE WAS TALKING SO FAST THAT I JUST SAID NO   ALL I WANT IS A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS $ 69.90 AND I WILL BE HAPPY AS A PIG IN SH.T
