ITV, Natural Cures, Kevin Trudeau won't refund cost of books saysing it was for shipping & handling, and that's not refundable Elk Grove Village Illinois
I ordered two books from ITV, Natural Cures Revealed and Natural Cures. They were not at all as described on the television infomercial.
After no response to two emails to customer service, I called the customer service department and waited a full 20 minutes for a service representative to answer. It was obvious to me that this representative had been well trained how to respond to my complaint.
I was told that the full amount I paid for the two books went towards Shipping & Handling, and that was not refundable. That is not at all what I was told over the phone when I placed the order. Please beware when ordering from this company...they are scam artists and there are lots and lots of complaints against them and networks are now refusing to carry the infomercials because of the dishonesty.

If you are purchasing something from a TV infomercial, have your questions ready for the sales rep when you place your order, and do not place your order if you are NOT 100% sure that you want the order!!!! I have seen the infomercials myself and Kevin Trudeau DOES state the books are free and you are ONLY paying s&h!! He also states that w/ the order you do get a 30 day free trial to the natural cures newsletter!! He also says certain conditions apply!!!! As w/ most companies s&h is NOT refundable!!!
