ITV Ventures Less than 24 hrs after order placed can not cancel Beverly Massachusetts
I placed an order with ITV Ventures and now wish I would have NEVER called the company. It has been nothing but a headache. The order was placed Sunday 6/22 in the evening and I called at 9:00 am Monday 6/23 and tried to cancel the order. I was told it could not be cancelled as it has already shipped. I could not be provided with a tracking number and when I called back after dialing the customer service line and selected the option for order status I was told by the automated message my order was still being processed in the warehouse. I then spoke to another customer service representative who then was very nasty and said I could not get my money refunded when it is processing in the warehouse that is the same in their eyes as it being shipped??? This company is quick to take your money but it seems to be really difficult to get your money refunded back. I was told to refuse the package and then when they receive it back I will be refunded and it can take 30 days if not longer. Well we will see if that happens.
