Complaint Review: ITVN International timeshare vacation network

La compaa ITVN esta cometiendo fraude y aparentemente estan asociados a otra compaia llamada Vacation-and Resorts.com.  Primeramente me llamo Carlos Ra y Cristina Moro de la compaia ITVN indicando que tenian un comprador aprobado por el banco para mi timeshare.   Que solo tenia que pagar $1,450 para cubrir el estudio de titulo.  La casa de titulo segun ellos era First American Title.  Me indicaron que iba a recibir unos documentos y que los debia firmar y devolver para hacer los tramites de la venta. Me mantuve comunicandome con ellos y siempre tenian una excusa y una nueva fecha para enviar los documentos de la venta.  La ultima comunicacion con esta compaia fue a mediados de Julio.  Ellos me indicaron que debia recibir los documentos a finales de Julio, sin embargo cuando llame a finales de Julio ya habian desconectado los telefonos.  A principios de Julio recibi otra llamada de la compaia Vacation and Resorts indicando que ya la venta estaba realizada, pero que tenia que hacer una registracion en el Condado de Orange en Florida y que tenia que pagarles $1,728 adicionales.  Esto me estuvo muy raro ya que la compaia ITVN me indico que luego de los $1,450 no tenia que hacer ningun otro pago.  Me comunique con ITVN inmediatamente y ellos me indicaron que no le hiciera caso a esa llamada que yo no tenia que hacer ningun pago, pero esa compaia Vacations and Resorts siguio insistiendo en que la venta se debia registrar.  Obviamente, no pague esa cantidad de dinero, pero pedi los $1,450.  Entiendo que de alguna manera la compaia Vacations and Resorts esta vinculada con ITVN en este fraude.  Luego de estafarme con los $1,450 querian seguirlo haciendo con $1,728 adicionales.  Alguien tiene que ponerle un freno a estas compaas que aparecen y desapacen robandose el dinero que personas que con sacrificio lo ganan. 

ITVN The company is committing fraud and apparently are associated with another company called Vacation-and Resorts.com. First my name is Carlos Rua and Cristina Moro ITVN indicating that the company had a buyer approved by the bank for my timeshare. That only had to pay $ 1.450 to cover the study title. The title house according to them was First American Title. I indicated that I would get some documents and that was to sign and return the paperwork to make the sale. I kept communicating with them and always had an excuse and a new date for sending documents of sale. The last communication with this company was in mid-July. They indicated that I should receive the documents in late July, however when you call in late July and had disconnected the phone. In early July I received another call from the company stating that Vacation and Resorts and the sale was made, but he had to make a registration in Orange County in Florida and I had to pay additional $ 1.728. This was very strange to me because the company indicated that ITVN me after the $ 1.450 did not have to make any further payments. ITVN I contact them immediately and told me he did not heed that call that I did not have to make any payment, but that company Vacations and Resorts continued to insist that the sale was due to register. Obviously, do not pay that much money, but called the $ 1.450. I understand that somehow the company and Resorts Vacations ITVN is linked with this fraud. After the $ 1.450 cheat wanted to continue doing so with an additional $ 1.728. Someone has to put a stop to these companies that come and unpleasant stealing money that people earn it with sacrifice.
