Complaint Review: ITX Design

This is my follow up to my original complaint against this (home based) scam business

After they debited my card for my clients advanced hosting,  I was naturally a little upset when I saw the charge on my card,  I called ITX Design and the rep told me.... "You should be more careful when you enter your credit card'

yes he really said that

after I paid $15.00 to renew a domain my client let expire,   they were more than happy (and eager) to bill my card for an additional $210.72

I never authorized this charge.

Now the hosting that was billed to my account doesn't even appear on my clients dashboard

Oh did I mention this 'company' based out of Virginia is advertising fictional locations for 'billing' and customer support that simply DON'T EXIST

This has been a nightmare .  I had to cancel my business PayPal account to dispute this charge.
