Complaint Review: ITX Design

This drama continues

this morning I get a call from my client who tells me that the people at ITX Design called his phone 6 times in a row before he finally picked up.

Paul and Adam the owners (no last names available) put my client on speaker in a conference call and told him that they were pulling his website down and offering his domain on the web for auction. 

They also threatened to 'sue' him because of the reports I have submitted here on www.ripoffreport.com.    They had a brief conference call until my client hung up on them.

Despite the fact that they not only billed my credit card for his domain renewal, they also tried to steal $210.72 from me for a year in advance of 'hosting'.   These funds were processed and the transactions completed.     ITX Design had an opportunity to refund the charges.

Paul also blatantly lied to me and said that the charges were 'refunded'.   Gee I wonder how they refunded changes to am account I had canceled 24 hours earlier ?     

Then their next move was to deactivate my clients website and then pester him for my personal contact information.     I've been forced to remove the testimonial page from my company website because I don't want these people harassing my customers.

My client was threatened with legal action because these people are so upset that I posted 2 negative reviews on this site.    This is how they react when they were backed into a corner and when they get caught trying to steal money from me. 

Also important to note that this (ahem) 'company' is misrepresenting the fact that they have 4 locations.   On their contact page they have 4 'locations' listed,  when the reality is that this entire operation is being run out of some house.  ITX DESIGN 'HEADQUARTERS'

I posted the fraudulent charges in my two previous posts. Paul's claim that my charges were 'refunded' are total nonsense.   How do you refund a credit card that  has already been cancelled?  My money was already refunded via PayPal, and I immediately cancelled my credit card.

Now my client is being victimized and harassed because I took action and posted (2) bad reviews about this horrible,horrible company.

These reviews will continue and I will be contacting the local BBB until I get a written apology and my clients website is filly restored. I may be also contacting the local media and network affiliates in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  

I was under the impression that this dispute had been resolved. Apparently not. My client called me early this morning alerting me that ITX Design  had been blowing up his phone all morning and then threatening to sue him.

all because they are incapable and unwilling to treat their customers well. 

I would not bother to create an account on ripoffreport and file these reports if I wasn't genuinely upset. When a peon customer service rep lectures  me on being stupid for using my credit card on their website,  I tend to get bothered.

these reports will continue until I receive a written apology. I don't care about the money they tried to steal from me. PayPal refunded me already.  

This is about exposing a fraudulent enterprise with an indignant, unapologetic  attitude
