Complaint Review: ITX Design

I never thought I would take the time to actually sign up here and post an legitimate complaint, but these guys at ITX Design in Williamsburg, Virginia have some balls

I do website development for various small business owners.   One of my clients inadvertently let his domain name expire, so when the site was down I accessed his account and used my own credit card to renew his domain name.

I went through the 'shopping cart' page to complete my $15.00 dollar transaction

These jokers added my credit card to my clients account as a secondary card and snap-billed ME for advance charges for his 'future' hosting.    The irony is that I am hosting his website now and he was cancelling his services.

When I called them to resolve this matter,  the rude punk on other end of the line lectured me about not giving my credit card # out for clients and how there was nothing he could do.   I think his name was Rob. 

These people willinging stole over 200 dollars from me and now refuse to talk to me.   I have appealed to PayPal to get this charge reversed.

Avoid this company is the best advice I can give
