UPDATE: Dominique Sandra Marie Lax doctor at IU HEALTH BALL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Told Dominique Lax mother Crystal Lax POA of Dominique a court hearing was set up for January 26, 2021 without any phone notification to Dominique POA. Doctor overseeing Dominique said " she thought Dominique was incompetent to go home". IU HEALTH BALL STATE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL social worker Shalia said " They spoke with their medical legal team and Dominique Revoke her mother as Power of Attorney Without notifying Dominique POA and other next to kin blood family members. If the doctor state Dominique was incompetent to come home How can she sign legal documents without manipulation or medical falsified record in order to keep Dominique from returning home Keep her ruthless deliberately against patient own will Dominique mother Crystal Lax called several times to the hospital to check up on her.
Nurse Samantha and Amy said patient don't want to speak with you. Unprofessional hanging up on Dominique POA like everyone attempting to hide, conceal cover a matter Did Dominique get injured on the unit, why are Hospital staff working over time to keep Dominique from freely returning home After the 72 hour hold? What's being hidden that would cause professional Hospital staff to hung up on blood concern relative? Is Dominique still alive? Why are the hospital staff attempting to shut Dominique off from her family? Why the need to keep the patient isolated and sedated? A sedated incompetent patient can't sign legal documents nor under court procedure without her POA being there. Hospital staff refuse to give Dominique POA Further information regarding court hearing procedure.
These procedure being done behind Dominique family back without notification. Medical fraud and taking over Dominique benefits as her Payee may be playing a huge part in this as well.
