Complaint Review: Iurii Borysov

Iurii Borysov website development and online marketing person or a company from Kiev Ukraine promised me a website redesign and asked for $800 in total, Where they asked to send $400/- on their paypal account. I did the same as I liked his approche of correcting website design toword my adult blogging website. After paying him he only replied back once a month before saying my website work is in progress and I will get updated soon. How soon no idea and no other response from the freelancer. At the start of project he quoted me two weeks for it. which in now about 4 months. I was never in a hurry to get results, but what I wanted from him is to respond me and update about whats going on. frustrated after sending him many emails, I had come to here on the complaints websites, so that other will not get any such problems with him and I know he will respond bac as well. I don't want to work with him anymore and want my all money back. Its very hard earning. I can get that work done in very less price from other freelancers and in a short time. Not like in 4 and 6 months.
