Ivan Sanchez Dreamworks Flooring Nightmare that still has not ended Dallas Texas
I hired Ivan Sanchez AKA "Dreamworks Flooring" to install roughly 1200 square feet of tile at my business.
Here is a summary of my experience:
1. Ivan showed up and looked unprofessional
2. Woman helper that had no clue about tile
3. Spent more time on phone than they did laying tile
4. A job that should have taken 2 days tops took 7 days
5. Tile was laid poorly with high/low spots, missing Tiles , missing grout and poor cuts
6. Had no money so we had to keep advancing him cash and when we advanced him cash he would not show up the next day.
7. Had no place to stay so we had to put he and his girlfriend (helper) up in a hotel and provide money for food
8. 2 tile wet cutter machines were stolen (never in our 3 year history had we had theft here)
9. The girls black hair is everywhere
10. We had to bust out many tiles, clean the thin set and mortar and redo them
11. The job is still not finished because they did not do the job they were paid to do
This was a misrable experience and I don't wish it upon anyone.
