Ivan Sanchez arrived at my home and promised that he would bring a crew and remove my carpet and replace with new. I gave him money to purchase the carpet. Ivan Sanchez came back and he removed my carpet and some tile and left it all on my front lawn! He finally picked it up only to take his materials with him that I paid for!!! He took MY materials that I paid for and never completed the work! Ivan Sanchez will not answer his phone!!!! At that time "his" worker was someone who looked was dirty smoking cigarettes unprofessional and knew nothing about carpet or tile! Other individuals have complained online about him taking their money!! He is completely unprofessional and a dishonest individual who is not be trusted.
Two weeks later no materials no refund no completed job and will not pick up phone!
