Complaint Review: Ivan Santa

5818 - A pretty nice townhome in Carrollwood. I rented there for a full year. At the end of my lease, I cleaned like a mad woman and asked Ivan or Christina to drop by for a walk through. They hadnt even seen the place and started telling me they werent sure I was going to get the whole security deposit back.

Thats crazy. Then Ivan said he didnt have the money. Can you believe? I called Christina and left a message on her cell phone telling her I was going to call the Real Estate Commission because she is a real estate agent, and tell them that she is COMINGLING FUNDS. Suffice it to say I had my walk through and my full security deposit the next day. Thank you! If I hadnt been in Real Estate school at the time, I would have been screwed.
