Complaint Review: Ivluxe Cream

Ivluxe Cream Louvella Claim they are sending trial size then "terms and conditions" apply, bill you in 16 day for the FULL 30 day supply, this ends up being around $200 for the total product. We tried to cancel their "membership" with the initial shipment notification and SURPRISE, the link didn't function. The only way to contact them is to note the phone number from your bank statement. I noted this on an add so never went to the web site to sign up for the service. STAY AWAY!! Their web sites are conspicuously absent of contact information or customer support help. I am disputing charges thru my bank/Visa, RIPOFF all the way! Texas

I noted this product in an advertisment, ordered the trial.  I recieved a shipment notification and I understood that I would need to cancel the "membership" within the 30 day trial period, which according to the company, in the fine print is only 14 days.  The link to cancel the subscription in the email notification did not work and I had entered via an ad, so no web site to go to, no phone, no customer support or company information.  On day #15, I find a charge for $185 on my CC on top of the trial charges.  The link on the second notifications actually worked and I was able to cancel my subscription however now I am left disputing $200 in charges for what they are claiming is a 30 day supply of face cream.  The only way I found the phone number was off my bank statement.  They purposefully make this difficult to ensure you miss the 14 day window and confuse the facts/terms as well.
