Complaint Review: Ivory + Mason

This company is a scam.  I ordered glasses from them November 2015 and haven't received them.  I've called, , left messages, sent emails, private message on Facebook and no response. I did get an automated message from the online service issuing me a compaint number and told someone would respond shortly and they haven't.  They charged my credit card but never gave me any merchandise. The phone always has an automated voice that says that they can't take my call at this time. It doesn't matter when I call, it's always the same.  I've called every day of the week.  I will be making a police report for the money they stole from me.
