Ivory + Mason Ivory MasonIvory plus Mason Customer Service Representatives ask you to pay their personal accounts to fix poor products Los Angeles California Internet
Earlier this year I bought two pairs of glasses from Ivory + Mason. The temple broke immediately for one of those glasses, and I emailed customer service asking for help. I offered to pay for a replacement, and was told they'd send it for free. Unfortunately they never did. I emailed repeatedly asking for assistance. Eventually I got in touch with someone via Facebook, and at first they seemed helpful. However, they wanted me to send money to their personal Venmo account. They also tried to sell me old frames off the books, again if I paid them personally. I didn't, so I never got my frames fixed. I used to recommend Ivory + Mason to all of my friends, having bought a pair the year previous. They have had issues earlier on (slow service, sent me the wrong glasses), but for a while I could at least say everything worked out in the end. That's no longer the case, so I suggest sticking with more established companies even if they cost more.
