Ivory Pro Internet
Ivory Pro offered me a free trial and to only pay $1.03 for shipping and handling. I received a package in the mail with 3 little pens & 4 fit mouth trays. Out of nowhere today i get a message on my phone saying what i have left on my debit card. So, I called my card to view my transactions then come to find out a $103 dollars has been removed from my card. So, I called customer service for my card then they told me it has been taken from Ivory Pro immediately I got on the phone with them but they're saying the order is complete and I cannot get a refund. I was telling them over and over again I didn't give anyone premission to take anything off of my card so is there anyway i can get my money put back on my card she refused to give me anything back so I advised to speak to someone else. She put me on hold then she got but on the phone n said we can only give you a 35% refund which is only $33 out of my $103 they took from me and said it's going to take 5 to 7 business days for it to be put back on my card. I refused to take just $33 but they saying that's all they could give back to me!!! I am highly upset cause I have kids to buy for and I barely make any money as it is then for them to take that off my card it hurt me so bad! I will no longer get online to purchase anything anymore. So, can someone please help me cause Ivory Pro is a complete scam who takes poor people money!!!
