Ivory White fraud, deception, rip-off... you'll have to pay to return 1st month's supply. Boulder Colorado
Do not sign up for Ivory White Trial. They ship you the 1st month's supply of the product with the Trial. You have to pay to ship the product back, or pay $78.41. When you call Ivory White to get authorization to return the product, they will offer you a $19 price to keep the product. (The reasoning for $19 is you will not have to pay for shipping the product back, and it is less than $78.41.)
I really don't like the deception of telling you the Trial costs $1 and yet you will have to pay to ship back the 1st month's supply, or pay $19. No where does Ivory White state they will ship you the 1st month's supply with the Trial. (NOTE TO SELF Nothing is free and nothing on the internet really costs $1.)
The below information is exactly what I received when I placed my order on April 12, at 7:07 a.m. (Also, read the terms and conditions at WWW.IvoryWhite.com and you'll see nothing regarding being responsible to ship product back.)
"ONLY $1.00 will be charged to your credit card at this time. You will see a full amount of $79.41 in the Verified by Visa window below. Your card will be charged $1.00 today. If you have signed up for our Trial, the full trial amount of $78.41 WILL NOT be charged to your credit card unless you choose to keep your membership after the 8-day trial period.
You may cancel your trial membership at any time before 7:07 AM on Wednesday, April 22. If you do not cancel by then, we will bill your account the membership fee of $78.41 per month. If you are unsure how to proceed DO NOT close this browser window. Please call our customer service line at 1-800-964-4593."
