Complaint Review: Ivory White

I received this teeth whitening product, but after using the trial product and having it burn my mouth so badly I could not bear to keep it on for the recommended time, I decided relatively quickly this product was not for me. Unfortunately the first shipment came before I had a chance to cancel, so I promptly returned the package. Well come to find out, according to the representative I spoke with, I can not get a refund because I did not get an "RMA" number before I sent the package back. Apparently you have to schedule a return with this company. HOWEVER, the kind representative did tell me that they received my package. HUH? Okay then everything is okay right- nope. She offered, for a mere fee of 4.95 to send the same package back to me, but it now can not be returned for a refund. Now, mind you, the package is intact, absolutely no product was used or opened or touched for that matter. So, now they have their product and my money. Doesnt seem quite fair to me. It is not even a matter of 84.00 at this point, it is the principle. I will fight to the bitter end to see that this company gets exposed for the rip off operation they are.
