Ivyexec purports to be a recuiting and placement service for senior executive positions. I have 19 years experience in my professional field, coupled with an earned doctorate, awards and commendations, am a subject matter expert in my field, lecturer, and professor. In short, one could be no more qualified than I for the positions for which I submitted my curriculum vitae. Ivyecec sends back a cryptic email saying that although it is not a reflection on my credentials, they are unable to accept my CV because I don't measure up to their standards (what a laugh). Not only did I meet all the requirements of the job description, I surpassed them enormously. I did not find this credible and felt something was amiss. I then created an even more qualified resume using a fake name, and a lesser qualified resume also using a fake name and submitted them to Ivyexec for application to the same position. Same result. Ivyexec sent back yet another cryptic email. This is not believable nor is it a credible company or placement firm.

There may be several reasons for this: (1) They have neophyte recruiters right out of college charged with determining whether qualifications match and resumes passed on for review who are in over their heads and are grossly incompetant, (2) they are running some type of con game or scam operation either to get user ID and information or to in some way scam money from people, although admittedly, I do not know that as a fact, (3) they employ grossly incompetant people across the board who cannot discern advanced CV material, lack the education necessary to understand (which is likely unless they have a doctorate, i.e., in Behavioral Dynamics Management & Reserach). Either way, this company is an arrogant, condescending company who not only fails to adequately evaluate talent and credentials, but manages to waste applicants time and offend them as well. If you are a senior executive looking for professional employment, avoid Ivyecec at all costs, unless you enjoy receiving cryptic demeaning emails, which are wholly inaccurate and disingenuous.
