Complaint Review: Wuyisource -IW / LIVING LEAN

Like many others that has already complained about this company I am for one seeing the nature of online companies that is rather apalling. When I received the tea it came in a big box with individual tea boxes in it and I looked at the boxes and noticed that this wasn't any different than the teas that I was using from my local "vitamin" store. So I cancelled everything including the Living Lean which was a coaching weight loss program given as a supplement and I was assured that everything was cancelled. When I asked about how to return the tea boxes they told me that there was going to be a restocking fee which I stated " I only opened the big box and the little boxes have never been opened." which I never got a response and I am wondering now if I got my complete refund. I believe that the company should look at all of these complaints and fix those whom they "charged" unknowingly and give a written statement that will no longer get charged.
