Iwin Herbal Acai Berry Cleanse Scandal - charges you $88.97 without permission and without sending merchandise! Glendale California

I signed up for a free trial of Acai Berry cleanse. It was supposed to be $5.95, but they added a $1 for insurance without asking. About 10 days after receiving the product, I was charged $88.97 on my credit card for another 2 months supply. I never authorized this charge, nor did I receive the merchandise. The trial was supposed to have a 14 day cancellation period which was not honored. When you do try to call and cancel, the phone rings endlessly. When you email, it comes back to you saying that the mailbox is full.

It took me 4 days to finally get a hold of someone after letting the phone ring for 20 minutes and the person told me to email the support desk. I was able to cancel the account, but have yet to receive a refund. It is a horribly unethical practice.

Have you never heard ''Quit while you are ahead'' or maybe ''if it ain't broke, don't fix it''?

There seems to be a rash of herbal (colon) cleansing junk floating around. I get SPAM for Herbal Acai Berry. I just DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE!

You could develop Inflamatory Bowel Syndrome from taking junk-science herbal colin cures. Then you WILL have a real colin problem! ''Natural'' and ''herbal'' do NOT equal safe. Check out ''Natural'' and ''herbal'' nightshadow and arsenic.
