Complaint Review: IWINWHITENING/IWINHERBAL

k so supposedly there was supposed to be a free trial of this crap. you only pay $4.97 for this crap which is "SHIPPING" charges. i never received anything. they billed me the original shipping cost plus another $1 charge then a few weeks later a whopping $88.97!!!! what the hell! i didnt authorize that! i called their number which was bull crap it always rings for about five minutes then goes to a recorded message. i kept calling and finally a guy answered. i explained to him my frustration and how this is fraud and i dont want whatever it is and everything else yada yada yada. so he told me he would refund my money so i asked for a confirmation number and he was silent for a second then said we send you a confirmation email. ok i said so what was your name, he sat for about thirty seconds then studdered out "Jack". um yeah ok bye.

I never got a confirmation email or my money refunded like promised. i went to my bank and they said they will investigate it and to contact them after two weeks. i dont know if they are going to help but what these people did really got me at the worst time possible and messed up my account big time.
