IWINWHITENING Overcharged BIG TIME GLENDALE California
I sent off for a free trial of Crest Whitening toothpaste and gel for shipping charges of 5.95. I got the sample and it was actually a good sample. I went out and bought some more at the store.
When I got my credit card statement the charge was for $88.95. I could not believe this at all. This put my credit card over the limit so now I have all kinds of extra fees on top of that. I guess I was a smuck. I have tried e-mailing them and calling them, but have gotten no where with that.
I am hoping the credit card company can do something for me.

I finally reached someone by phone and was given a credit in the amount of $88.97. They also sent me an e-mail confirming a cancellation to a subscription to monthly supply of whitening products even though I swear when I got the free trial offer it said nothing of the sort, but anyway. Keep after the company and contact the Better Business Bureau. I did and it helped.
