IWISH.DIRECT INC CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD BUT DID NOT SENT THE ITEMS BOUGHT other Internet
I saw IWISH Direct ad on Facebook at the end of January 2018. Their promotion was that for a limited time, if you buy 1 action camera (GOPRO style) you'd get a second for free. I went on their Website, check it out and found it look legit. I placed my order and got an purchase comfirmation email. The mail said they would provide me a tracking number once the order was complete and ready for shipping. Their ad stipulated that the items would be shipped within 3-5 days. After that delay, I contact them by email 3 or 4 times and a "Karen" from customer support kept answering that my order was still being processed therefore no tracking was available yet... I now being 15 days an still now news from them! I contacted my credit card company to get my money back, we'll see...
This scam company had the nerve to post their ad on FB for a good week, and when I wrote a comment, i received a message saying it was indesirable content! They erase my comment within 5 minutes and did the same with other users trying to alert the community.
I'm reporting IWISH DIRECT INC so others don't fall into the trap like I did!
