Complaint Review: Iyoga computer support

Iyoga computer support Iyoga failed in providing me Windows 10 after charging and receiving $180.00. I contacted them to request a refund of which they promised to send. It has been now 3 months and I have neither received the product or requested refund. I tried to call but no answer. Internet

My son was working with iYoga on a computer problem. Iyoga suggested that he needed to update to Windows 10 and that would resolve his problem. He purchased Windows 10 through Iyoga on October 15, 2015. My son inquired several times as to the arrival of the product over the course of two months. In December 2015, he requested a refund since the product had not arrived and he was able to fix his problem another way. Iyoga stated he would receive a refund and should see the refund on his next statement. It has been two cycles and the refund transaction has yet to be completed. He has called the numbers he has and the phone does not connect.
