To Wit;
iYogi, continues to  promote theft of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft COA (Certificate of Authenticty ) by asking computer technicians and engineers to supply to the end user, cd disks and the Operating Systems contained therin, to reload said Operating systems, when the the licencing agreement requires that the end user provide (as stated in their agreement ) the operating system disks, and drivers when necessary, to the on site technician, when service is needed, or the hard drive (HDD) is needed to be replaced. It is understood that if an End User does not have said operating system disks, they maybe obtained (at nominal cost) from the computer manufacturer

have the technicians that service end users, or commercial locations, misrepresent themselves as employees of Iyogi, when in fact they are contractors, as individuals, or working for other companies

Ask technicians to break or otherwise "crack" passwords on computers ( desktops or laptops) without asking for proof of purchase, sales reciept, or other documentation to show ownership additionally ask technicians to break or otherwise"crack" passwords on computers that may have been stolen or otherwise obtained from a medical facility, where said computers, and contents stored on said harddrives, maybe protected under HIPPA
