I was calling the Lenovo for my laptop support, and was taken by this company, without I knowing (I thought it was Lenovo), they hard sell me a service for $900+ dollars for a service.

When I called them for the computer optimize, they told me I have to buy an external drive from them because ONLY that match my computer even though I told them I have a lot external hard drive. I pais $199.00 for the hard drive for 5TB, after I receiving the hard drive, I find out on the hard drive box, it says 5TB, but once connected to the compyter, it ONLY has 31.9GB, huge difference. I believe this box was not made by authorized

manufacture, I hope spme one could go after this and find out what they are doing. I think it is not ONLY ripe off, there might be some crime there.

All the technitian support speak very poor English with big India accent, very hard to work with! I believe the whole team is from India, not in American, BTW, the hard drive is made by China.
