Which are, the Rumer Short Hairstyle Remy Human Hair Wig item FS0849 and 16" Silky Straight #1B/30 Glueless Full Lace Wigs 100% Indian Remy Human Hair item GS1340 on 12/6/14 from lacewigsbuy.com. The wigs were too small and had no bands around the wigs tried for hours to fix the wigs and place them on the heads of receivers to no avail.

These wigs were supposed to be used as a Christmas present and now I am embarrassed that I presented these wigs. Also, the wigs did not have any adjustable straps. That is also an error with the company. The wigs are very unacceptable. The laces were cut without my supervision, meaning I was not aware that the laces had been cut until the recipients discussed their frustrations to me about the wigs and I received them back. when the laces were cut. Otherwise I would have explained the terms and conditions.

When the wigs were handed to the recipients your company's terms and conditions were not inside the packaging for them to know not to cut the laces. I didn't tell them about the terms and conditions because I trusted the company knew what they were doing and there would be no errors. That was my fault for trusting in the company, but I will never order from this company again The solution that the company came up with is not suitable for me. Basically, they want me lose out on the nearly $500 I have spent and spend more money by buying new wigs. I do not want to receive any more wigs from this company. I want a full refund for the wigs.
