Izwy Pandora items not authentic Shanghai, China Internet
I received a Pandora bracelet and 5 charms from a company called Izwy in Shanghai, China. I ordered the jewelry from a site I thought was in the UK
When I received the jewelry, it is very cheaply made and not authentic. 3 of the charms were not what I ordered.
I sent emails and submitted a request on their site but still have not heard from them. I told them I want to return the items and receive a refund.
Their site stated a 30-day no hassle return policy.
