J.A. Cambece trying to collect on a discharged sebt Peabody Massachusetts
These people first call my mother and then she relayed the message they are trying to collect on a debt discharged thru debt consolidation very rude told me I had a half hour to respond.
My credit report says that this debt is written off what are my options?

A charged-off or written-off debt is still valid-it is not forgiven.
You can do nothing and see if they SUE you over it or if it's really your debt you might offer the CREDITOR a settlement to make it go away.
