Complaint Review: J & B Appliance

J & B Appliance Took 6 weeks and we never got the washer issue resolved.  Tech doesn't have a clue what he  is doing and lady in the office is very unprofessional. Tucson Arizona

If you want service call anyone, but J & B Appliance Here's what happened to us. We purchased a warranty from Home Depot for our washing/dryer and freezer. So we contacted Asurion, the place who sets up appt for washer repair. We called in early Dec 2018, J & B came out a couple days later after the call. He came out and put it thru some paces, did something, unsure what.

Said it looked like it was working despite the noise. It lasted a whole 3 wash loads and quit again. He then came out again on Dec 19th, said he had to order 2 parts. One was in Dallas and one in Tucson. One of the parts was on back order, due in Jan 11. 2019. We had to keep calling them for follow up. Then we had another appt for tech to come out, he was a no show/no call.

We called office again, was told he got tied up and they rescheduled again for 1/21/19. He arrived, told us that the part had been sent back and they had to reorder, he had the part with him. He went in to fix unit and didn't have tools to do the job. Asked if he would be back in the morning he told us that he was already booked up and we would have to make another appt. We were then told that the office would call us back in a few days to set up yet another date. Terrible service, never completed the job after 6 weeks
