If a follow up to writer "Mabla's" post back in August - our company fell victim to the unethical business practices of J&J Moving also. And there are many others out there...
We provided transportation services to this company - when payment was finally received the cheque was returned as NSF. We've been trying to collect a replacement with complete ignorance and non compliance to our many requests. This company has been cut off by many transportation companies due to non payment - which is why I suggest no one use this company for moving - especially personal effects. They collect their money upfront from you - but never pass along monies owed to the carriers. Word has gotten out - and no one will touch them.
In the case of Mabla - your effects arrived so late likely due to the fact that no transport company will take their freight unless they are paid upfront. Money they don't have. They have numerous files in collections as well.
