Complaint Review: J And J Brandon Distributors

These theives are posting on Craigslist.org in Long Island and on eBay. They specialize in Verizon phones.

I originally purchased 3 Palm Treo 650's for $185 a piece. I paid via PayPal.

They shipped me three but only one worked. I sent the two broken ones back for repair, and 3 months later, I got them back without battery covers, no stylus and one didn't even have a battery.

I had countless emails, faxes, phone calls and IM's to these liars.

Now I received the battery, battery covers but still no stylus. And one of the two "repaired" Treo 650's has a short, whenever you click any key it reboots.

I'm sending it back in hopes to get the cost of shipping refunded for two shipments and the $185.00.

I'm also filing complaints against them with the BBB, NY State Attorney General's office of Internet Fraud and the NY State Dept of Consumer Affairs.

Once I've filed all those, I'm close enough to file a small claims suit against them for about $1,200 for the profits I could have earned had they delivered "Like New" equipment as advertised.
