myself and Jeese Sanchez who owns j&j construction, work 3 days digging holes and setting poles, plus framing walls. In the process while digging we found gas lines and phone lines in the area where the pole barn was to be built, hitting a gas line,Gas co.came outand we as builders found out that we were in a 60 ft.state owned land where way back that was for highway 90 to go but was built where it sits today.1-800-dig took full blame for not marking gas and phone lines wrong. At that point Jeese and I went to the city building office and found this to be true that where the owner wanted to build the pole barn attach to his house was state land for interstate 90,but was built some where else.

Telling the owner that he didnt own the land made him mad as he thought he owned it.We wanted the owner to take full owership of the projet for us to finish the pole barn and get paid the rest of the money and a new contract,we needed it in writing to move forth.Owner got very mad and Jesse and I had to get the police there to get our equipment off his property,it was a mess.I rather not say any more about that its all in the police report. We left materials for the owner to finish the barn himself, which I think he did not sure never been back there, and never will. The city builing dept said if he builds there the state could make him take it down, thats why Jesse amd myself wanted nothining to do with finishing, without getting the rest of the money and a new contract stating we were on state land.end of story. Thanks Jim !!

I've been told to never get into an intrnet argument because any body can write anything whether its true or not and these sites will publish it and it never goes away.  The fact about this matter is as follows....

Brad Bell's property is located at (((REDACTED))). On the lot is a 1972 Gallatin trailer house and a very small garage.  Mr. Bell contracted through Jim Vathey from Greater Montana Construction, telephone number (406)- 671-8001, to build a pole barn that is attached to his existing garage and pour and finish various concrete pads around the property.  J N J Construction called for a locate and Elm Locating Services located all utilities : we still ran into a gas line and elm covered all cost due to a mistake in the locate. In the chaos of dammaging the utility line I was contacted by Mike Black from Yellowstone County Public works (406)256-2735 to let me know that we were building over 30 feet onto a county highway easement and that we had to stop construction untill the owner got the proper permits. I then contacted Nicole M. Cromwell from planning and zoning (406)247-8662 Ms.cromwell informed me that Mr. bell could not build on that property without planning and zonning changes. After visiting with Mr. Bell he stated that he wasnt getting any permits or permission. I had my lawyer draft a liability waiver, which upset Brad Bell to the point of threatening us and brandishing a pistol, and kicking us off his property.

I imediatly called the authorities and officer Eckertt406)256-2939 escorted us back to remove everything that wasnt fastened to the property including equipment, tools, trusses and sheet metal.we did take a $10,000.00 down payment and i have reciepts and labor that exceed that down payment . I have had the same phone number and address since, i have not gone anywhere I CHALLENGE BRAD BELL TO LET THE JUDGE OR JURRY DECIDE WHO OWES WHO MONEY. STOPP THE DEFAMATION OF CHRACTER OR YOU WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU KICK A SLEEPING DOG.

Thank you

Jesse Sanchez JNJ Construction
