Complaint Review: J and S used engines

i returned a transmission to jason bcuz it never worked properly.....after 6 months and 2000.00 later i returned transmission on 4/30/13 i didnt get merchant reciept, i have not been refunded the 602.48 and they still have my intiall transmission core plus the transmission i bought from him....poor customer service rude ......and to put a cherry on top he saud that he was not refunding the tax that i paid and he is charging 20% restocking fee for sunthing he sold me that didnt woek properly.
